OVERVIEW

The Bridgestone Turanza EL440 is a touring, all season tire manufactured for passenger vehicles. It has some high performance sizes as well.

This model offers excellent all weather traction and it grips the road well in dry, wet and slight winter weather conditions thanks to the silica-based tire compound. The tire also has enhanced wet weather traction and the tread grooves help resist hydroplaning in deep water situations by channeling water from below the footprint for maintained traction.

The special tire compound used in the manufacture of the tire elongates the tread life. The tread wear rate is slowed down as the compound is resistant to wear, while the tread pattern maintains constant road contact. The enhanced road contact improves the equal distribution of the driving pressure along the tread area. This prevents irregular wear on the tire and makes it usable for a longer period of time.
